TEC Club ForumPlease click here for a link to the TEC Club forum. Normal forum rules apply and a full disclaimer and forum rules will shortly appear here. Club members who are already experienced in the ways of the internet will need no persuading to take advantage of the Club Forum. Newer users are recommended to take advantage of this fantastic resource. Don't be afraid to just say hello, and post some pictures of your cherished cars. The Forum is a super way to swap information, particularly if you have a technical problem or query. The forum is currently open to all, and we would hope to encourage any non-member forumites to ultimately join the club outright. Specific club member zones and benefits might appear in future, but for now we are encouraging the widest possible use of the forum. Hopefully this will gain the best pool of knowledge to get the forum going, and assist members and non-members alike. Tip - When choosing your Forum 'nickname', try and use your first name if it's not taken, so people can literally put a name to a 'forumite' when you meet at shows. If your name is taken, you can soon make it unique by joining it with your model name or code e.g.PeterMS75 etc. Don't call yourself something generic like 'OldToyotaFan' etc as that is hardly unique in this instance, and tells us nothing about you! Try and keep it friendly, and beware misinterpreting someone else's comments. It can be too easily done when we do not have face to face correspondence, e.g. something may have just been said in jest etc. If you are ever upset by something, try and leave it five minutes to cool down before you reply to a post, and re-read it through again looking at the other person's point of view. It doesn't happen often at all, but we would like to minimise 'aggro'. If necessary, please report anything unseemly to a Moderator. . |
