avensis touch screen problems

I have a toyota avensis 2016 (66 plate), the touch screen has always been temperamental since i purchased the vehicle but over the last fortnight it has gone haywire with blank screens(with and without sound), not connecting, switching off without warning. this is a uk spec vehicle. Has anyone had same problems and is there a diy fix?

I had similar issues with my 2005 Avensis with the 9010 head unit. I had to get it rebooted with a DVD at the main agents. Don't think the late versions had the DVD.

Ok thanks, have had this done at main agents during services, did'nt seem to make any difference.
