I know this one has been requested for a while - Jeff is organising this one for us and I've copied his post from the old forum below.

This is a show we should be attending every year. We've been offered a plot so let's fill it. There are lots of T&Cs so please read everything in the link before buying your ticket(s). After 28/02/25 they go up in price so don't leave it too late.

For those who are travelling and wish to book accommodation there are Premier Inns as well as guest houses in the area but be mindful that if you wait too long to confirm your attendance you are likely to miss out on the more convenient hotels. I'm staying at this one

I messaged Andrew Hepworth who has had more to do with this one than me and he's happy for us to join ranks so tell me what you need Bryan and I'll get the information to you asap
Thanks
Jeff

We meet up at Morrisons in Totton at 8am so we can convoy in for approx 8.30am
Welcome to your Morrisons Store Finder

This means we can hand out the stand passes. IF you don't want to convoy from there, I will try and post the stand pass on here as a Download for you to print, the pass is displayed in your windscreen to aid staff sending you in the right direction upon arrival at Beulieu.

Celica Club numbers have now increased to 12 so now have asked for more space, we now have a 20 car space.
5 for TEC allowed for, if more wish to attend message me :)

Here's the label to place in your windscreen. It will help staff guide you to the right stand.

Note from Beaulieu
Note that we do have two entrances available, the normal Beaulieu attraction entrance off the B3056 but also an additional entrance off the B3054, which will be signed. Either entrance is suitable to use, and both are open from 8.30am, with the additional entrance closing around 11am. Where possible, we do ask for car club arrivals to use the additional entrance off the B3054 as this gives more direct access to the club parking areas.

Please note, we do ask clubs to arrive by 10.30am and if members have not arrived by then club spaces will be allocated to general participant parking.

Hi all. Its Andrew Hepworth from the TEC. Had trouble logging into the forum but have done now through Google. Thanks for having us join the stand on Sunday. Was hoping for some better numbers, but we will work on next year. Travelling down Saturday afternoon and staying at the same Travelodge as Jeff. Bringing the 1991 AE92 GTi Corolla, and the 1996 Surf Hilux to put on the stand. Looking forward to joining you all for a day talking about Toyota's. Andrew

On another note. We've got an event in Windsor on Sunday the 3rd of August with Exposed Event's.
Daryl has been working hard on it and we've already got a wicked line up of over 15 Classic Toyota's.
But what we would love is someone local with a MK1 Celica that could show their car on the day?
We have good numbers so far but would like to make it a special turnout.
Thanks in advance.
Andrew and the Southern TEC fan's.

No details on the forum that I can see.
