TEC National and AGM - 10th August 2025

Jeff is organising this year's National and AGM, this is again taking place at the Motorist - I have copied Jeff's post from the old forum below:

The 2025 TEC national Day/AGM will be at The Motorist on Sunday August 10th.

A flyer will be created and shared with other Toyota related clubs/FB groups.

Local accommodation is available but it might be too early to book at the moment.

For anyone wanting to stay overnight on the Sat and/or Sun I've been in touch with Best Western Plus Milford Hotel which is a 15min drive from The Motorist. There is a restaurant for us to use on the Sat night (09/08) for a pre show meal/catch-up and the man who got back to me offered a B&B price of £82 which is cheaper than the online sites. This includes breakfast for one. If you are sharing a double/twin room then there is a supplement of £10 for the second breakfast i.e £92 for B&B for two people. I'll book a table in the restaurant when I have an idea of the number of people interested.

Julie and I have booked a room with Breakfast for the Saturday night at Best Western Milford. We're bringing our dog Florrie. Add us to the meal please on the Saturday Evening.
 
Great to see so many OLD faces and some younger ones. I'm getting to realise I'm one of those OLD faces. Lots of the old school missing though :(

Still have to wait 150 seconds to post.

We were the last to leave, even some staff left before us. 4 1/2 hours later we were home. 200 miles hood down all the way.

I usually take plenty of pics , but i was so busy chatting etc that i didnt get many this year

I really enjoyed last Sunday , great cars and great people, nice to catch up with everyone
I like the venue , plenty to see with Northern Retro Toyotas in attendance and all the cars there for the Cars and Coffee meets they have there

And it was an honour (and suprise) to receive the Peter Hunter Award for my Celica
